All items ship USPS. We offer free USPS economy shipping for all domestic orders.

Free USPS Economy Shipping / 5-8 business days

USPS Priority Shipping / 2-3 business days

USPS Priority Express Shipping / 1 business day.

International:

We offer several international shipping options-

DHL Worldwide / shipping time varies by destination

USPS First Class International / shipping time varies by destination

USPS Priority Mail International / 6-10 business days

SOME NOTES:

  • All orders are shipped Monday – Friday from Colorado.
  • Processing takes 1-3 business days for standard shipments and 1 business day for expedited shipments. 
  • Orders placed after 8 am MST on Friday will process the following Monday.
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit. 
  • We're not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
  • Once an order ships no edits or cancellations will be accommodated.

 Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us before mailing products back at info@thesistermarket.com. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees apply. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s).

To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation.
