Shipping & Returns


We are currently on vacation. The shop remains open and you can place orders, but nothing will be shipped out until after Monday April 19, 2021.
Please note that all shipping carriers (i.e. USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) have advised they are experiencing a much higher than normal volume of shipments this year due to Covid-19. As a result, you may not see your tracking information update and you may experience delays in receiving your order. Once packages leave our warehouse, they are unfortunately out of our control. We have the same tracking information provided to you in your shipping confirmation email and cannot offer any additional insights apart from what the tracking shows.
Please rest assured that once you receive tracking information from us, your package is indeed on its way to you. We have been advised by the carriers that delayed packages and packages that do not get scanned for tracking updates are indeed moving through the system en route to the destination.

We apologize for any inconvenience and know that delayed packages can be frustrating. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

Shipping Policy


All items ship USPS. We offer free USPS priority shipping for orders over $75 shipping within the United States. 

USPS Priority Shipping / 2-3 business days

USPS Priority Express Shipping / 1 business day.

*rates for USPS Priority shipping vary and will be determined at check out.


We offer two international shipping options-

USPS Priority Mail Express International / 3-5 business days

USPS Priority Mail International / 6-10 business days

  • All orders are shipped Monday – Friday from Texas.
  • Processing takes 1-3 days for standard shipments and 1 day for expedited shipments. 
  • Orders placed after 7 am CST on Friday will process the following Monday
  • The pickup day does not count as a day in transit. Expedited shipments may take one additional business day.
  • We're not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
  • Once an order ships no edits or cancellations will be accommodated. 
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us before mailing products back at Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees apply. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to receive your return and process your request. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the item was a gift, we will issue store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or defective items should be reported to us within 5 business days of receipt of the package. Do not ship damaged products back to us unless requested to do so. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.

While we try to be as accurate as possible, we will occasionally make a mistake in fulfilling orders. If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of the package to be issued a credit or to be shipped correct item(s).

To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation.
