Ashley Dunn brings her artistic vision and thoughtful approach to The Sister Market. A graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Fashion Design and a minor in Business, Ashley combines her professional expertise with her lifelong love for creativity. Growing up as a competitive dancer for 14 years, she developed an eye for detail and a passion for self expression, which now shine through in her work.

Ashley’s wanderlust has taken her to 18 countries and 45 states, inspiring her unique perspective on style and design. A passionate reader, she is often immersed in multiple books at once, finding inspiration in stories and ideas.

With over 12 years as a vegetarian and a commitment to a gluten and dairy free lifestyle due to an autoimmune diagnosis, Ashley’s approach to life is grounded in care and mindfulness. She thrives in snowy weather, embracing cozy layers and the magic of winter, which perfectly reflects her warmth and depth as a person.

Shelby Dunn is the energetic and detail driven co-founder of The Sister Market. With a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising and a minor in Economics from the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Shelby brings a fresh perspective and strategic insight to the brand. Her background as a competitive dancer for 16 years, coupled with her experience in choir, cheerleading, and volleyball, reveals a multi-talented and determined spirit.

Shelby’s travels have taken her to 19 countries and 43 states, and London remains her favorite destination. Her love for pop culture is equally vibrant she can quote every line from Friends and often draws inspiration from blending timeless classics with modern trends.
